Welcome to the memorial page for

Jocelyn Mary (Meagher) Lesperance

May 24, 1944 ~ June 24, 2017 (age 73) 73 Years Old

She was silly, selfless and so brave.  She took life by the horns and in true Jocie fashion left this world via rainbow.  Jocelyn Lesperance went home to be with Jesus on Saturday June 24, 2017.  She will be deeply missed by her husband Ken, her two children Kevin (Grace) Lesperance and Michele (Charlie) Lindholm, her seven grandchildren and her sisters Betty Claire (Charles) Aschauer and Suzanne (Donald) David.  Native to Bay City where she was born (1944) and Traverse City where she taught 7th grade science and raised a family. They retired spending their winters in Scottsdale, AZ.  She was so much to so many. In her presence you couldn't help but feel loved and important. She was a gift to all that knew her. She will be missed more than words. We will gather to celebrate Jocelyn's life at a later date with her close family and friends. In lieu of flowers we ask you to consider supporting the Alzheimer's Association.  For it is known that some people come into our lives and upon knowing them we are never the same, we are undoubtedly better and we have certainly been blessed. She was Love.
