Lois A. (Regel) Nusca

Lois A. Nusca (nee Regel) age 86, of Grand Rapids, went to be with her Lord and Savior on December 2, 2016.  She was preceded in death by her loving husband of 56 years, Gerald, her mother Ruth, sister Mickey Dexter and her brother Jim Regel.  Lois is survived by her children, John Nusca and Linda (Tim) Murphy, her grandchildren, Shaun (Samantha) Murphy and Brittany (Michael) Cooley, her great grandson Kaemin Cooley and many nieces and nephews.  Lois worked for Wurzburgs Department Store for over 30 years, then worked as the Fanny Farmer Candy Lady and retired from Robinette's Gift Barn.  A celebration of life service will be held on Tuesday at 11am at Woodhaven Reformed Church (on the corner of 68th street and Wilson Ave).  The family will greet friends on Monday from 5 to 8pm at the Metcalf & Jonkhoff Funeral Home and one hour prior to the service at church on Tuesday from 10 to 11am.  Memorial contributions may be made to Faith Hospice or the American Cancer Society.
