Virginia Mae VandeByl

Virginia Mae VandeByl age 98, of Ada, passed away Wednesday November 18, 2015.  She will be lovingly remembered by her daughter Patricia (Duane) Joostberns; grandchildren Michelle (Ernie) Watson, Han Fikkert, Chris (Cristina) Fikkert, April Mann; 9 great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews and her beloved poodle Marley.  She was preceded in death by her husband William in 2009. Virginia was a devout Christian all her life attending Ada Christian Reformed Church.  She loved spending time with her family and friends, enjoyed cooking, loved all animals and always tried to live life to the fullest.  A special thank you for her wonderful care that she received from the amazing staff at Cambridge Manor.  The funeral service will be held 10:30 A.M. Monday November 23, 2015 at the Metcalf & Jonkhoff Funeral Home with visitation beginning at 9:30 A.M.  In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Humane Society of West Michigan, 3077 Wilson Dr. NW, Grand Rapids, MI 49534.
