Elaine Sellas Milnes

Elaine Milnes, age 49, of East Grand Rapids passed away on Monday, June 4, 2018 at home surrounded by her family.  She was preceded in death by her father Dino Sellas and her brother, Spiro "Spee" Sellas. Elaine is survived by her loving husband Andrew; three children, Caroline, Greta and Anna Milnes and her mother Chrisa Sellas and many other family members. 

Elaine was a devoted mother and friend, she was passionate with her charity work with Paws with a Cause and numerous other organizations.  She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends and her positive spirit was contagious and touched a great many lives.

Funeral services will be held 11am on Friday at Mayflower Congregational Church.  The family will greet friends on Thursday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8pm at the Metcalf & Jonkhoff Funeral Home. In Lieu of flowers memorial contributions are suggested to the Spee (Spiro) Sellas Memorial Scholarship Fund in care of Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church, 330 Lakeside NE or Paws with a Cause.
