Hulda Johnson

Hulda Doris Johnson, age 101, went home to her Lord and Savior on September 25, 2019.  She joyously joins all the Saints who have gone before her:  her beloved Husband, Leon Johnson;  her devoted Son, Mark Johnson;  infant granddaughter, Julie;  and Brother Robert Eckberg, along with a host of well loved family and friends.  She lived a life of Kindness and Service to others and her Church, always putting the needs of others before her own.  Hulda is survived by her Children:  Marcia (John) Baranyi, Kathy (Dale) Sommers, Jim (Kim) Johnson, and daughter in law Mary Johnson.  Ten Grandchildren and 14 Great Grandchildren.  Sisters:  Florence Willits, and Barb (Bob) Crossman, and many nieces and nephews.  Many Thanks for the care and friendship from the staff at Porter Hills Village, her home for the last 14 years. Services and visitation will be held on Monday, September 30 at Trinity Lutheran Church, 2700 East Fulton, Grand Rapids MI 49546.  Visitation at 10 am, Service at 11 am.  Pastor Robert Linstrom officiating.     

Memorial Contribution may be made to Trinity Lutheran Church, Building Endowment Fund.
