Lucja “Lucy” Gwozdz, 65, of Grand Rapids, MI passed away in her home surrounded by family on Thursday, May 9, 2019.

Born March 1, 1954 in Suchowola, Poland, she immigrated to the United States of America. She dedicated her life to helping others. Her presence will be missed and never forgotten. She is survived by her loving husband of 42 years, Erik Gwozdz, two daughters, Ann and her husband Chris Colton and Renata Gwozdz and her husband Michael McGloughlin; two grandchildren Larkin and George, her sister Teresa Langiewicz and brother Janusz Langiewicz and mother-in-law Barbara Gwozdz.

Private memorial services will be conducted in California to celebrate her life.
