Robert William Devine Jr.

Robert William Devine Jr., age 72, of Ada passed away at Butterworth Hospital after a short illness. Robert was born in Grand Rapids on July 15, 1945, the son of Robert W. Devine Sr and Catherine (Kane) Devine who preceded him in death. Also preceding him in death was one brother Daniel Devine. Surviving are his sister, Ann Devine Wahl of Scotts Valley, CA; one brother, Michael Devine of Grand Rapids and several cousins. Robert served his country faithfully in the U.S. Army. His work included a long-time affiliation with the Michigan Oil and Gas Association. In keeping with his wishes cremation has taken place. Condolences may also be made thru the Metcalf & Jonkhoff web site. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Humane Society of West MI.
