Cherie Lohrke Obituary

Cherie Lee Lohrke (nee Boersma) passed away peacefully on January 9, 2024 at home. Cherie was a devout Christian and her faith in a loving God was her inspiration. She was born on June 25, 1958 to Ronald and Dorothy Boersma and lived her life in the Ada / Grand Rapids area. In her free time she enjoyed reading, movies and her dog, Desiree, most of all, Cherie enjoyed Michigan football and time with her children. Cherie was preceded in death by her parents, surviving are her children, Nicole, Amy and Josh. In lieu of flowers, donations to Mel Trotter Ministries, 225 Commerce Ave. SW, Grand Rapids, MI 49503, would be appreciated.
