Corinne H. LeVand

Corinne left this life peacefully to live with her Lord on Wednesday, February 3, 2021 at the age of 94.  Born September 17, 1926, Corinne led a full and rich life.  Corinne married Ted LeVand on June 24, 1948 and raised two blessed children---Ted Jr. and Nancy.  Corinne leaves behind her son Ted, and daughter-in-law of 52 years, Sharon.  She also leaves behind the joys of her life; granddaughter, Wendy Gietzen and husband Matt, and great granddaughters Brooke and Corinne, who affectionately referred to her as “Honey”.  Corinne always told tales and spoke fondly of growing up on Grandville Avenue and was a proud graduate of South High School.  After graduation, she went on to become a registered nurse at Blodgett Hospital.  Her other accomplishments include owning a market research company and serving in children’s theatre.  Corinne was a lifelong member of Mary Louise Withey Guild.  She was proud to be a Christian and lifelong baptized member of Fifth Reformed Church.  During Corinne’s life, she was most devoted to her faith and family.  The funeral service will be held at 3:00 P.M. on Monday February 8, 2021 at the Metcalf & Jonkhoff Funeral Home with visitation starting at 2pm until the time of service.
