Edward O. Greve

Edward Ovid Greve, age 65, of Caledonia, passed away on Friday, September 27, 2024. The son of Arthur and Ella May (McPherson) Greve, he was born on April 16, 1959, in Bay City, Michigan. A man whose life was well lived, Edward had a heart for others, and was an instant friend. He loved his Lord and Savior and wanted others to know and love Him too. He is lovingly survived by his daughter, Heather (Dean) Lee; grandchildren, Alistair and Crystal Rose Lee; his siblings, Carol (George) Wixom, Dan (Marie) Greve, Bonnie Greve, Deb (Eric) Krautwurst, Arthur Greve, and Robert (Sara) Greve, as well as numerous nieces, nephews and friends. Edward was deeply loved by his family and friends and will be greatly missed.  Resting peacefully in Jesus, we are looking forward to Resurrection Morning when he is awakened from the grave to life eternal. One of the best of men ~ Edward, you are forever in our hearts. Special thanks to Laurels of Hudsonville for their compassion and care in our time of need. The service to celebrate Edward’s life will be held Wednesday, October 2, 2024, 1:00 PM at the Metcalf & Jonkhoff Funeral Home, 4291 Cascade Rd. SE, Grand Rapids, MI 49546 with Pastor Bob Joseph officiating. Burial at Graceland Memorial Park.
