Giuliana Tombelli

Giuliana Gerini Tombelli passed away on January 9, 2023, at the age of 93 having lived a full and rewarding life. Giuliana was born October 29, 1929, in Florence, Italy, where she flourished as a master seamstress in the couture house of fashion, “V. Calabri Firenze”, and later immigrated to the US with her family. She was predeceased by her husband Silvano, and is survived by her sons, Leonardo (Ann), Carlo (Adrienne), Richard (Cecilia), and her grandchildren, Alex (Elaine), Teresa, Annalisa (Grant), Mary (Dominic), Paul, Sarah, and Catherine, and her great grandchildren, Benedict, Theophilus, Lucia, nephews, and niece.  

A funeral Mass will be at 11am on Friday, January 20, 2023, at St. Mary’s Church in Williamston, Michigan, preceded by a Rosary at 9:30am followed by a visitation beginning at 10am at the same location.  In lieu of flowers, please consider a contribution to your favorite charity or to the Williamston Red Cedar Garden Club.
