Glenn D. Smith

Glenn D. Smith of Ada, MI died at his home on July 30th, 2023. He was 91 years old. Glenn served his country while in the Navy in the Korean War. Glenn retired from General Motors. He loved wood working, spending time in Michigan’s outdoors, and enjoying time and food with his family. 

Glenn is survived by his wife of nearly 65 years, Marilyn Smith, their four children, seven grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. 

A memorial service will be held at the Metcalf & Jonkhoff Funeral Home on Saturday August 12, 2023, at 11am with a luncheon to follow at the Villas of Ada clubhouse.  In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Wounded Warrior Project.
