Kelly D. Parsons

Kelly D. Parsons passed away peacefully on February 4, 2026, at the age of 49. She is now reunited with her beloved father, Patrick Parsons.

Kelly is survived by her loving mother, Barbara Parsons; her cherished daughter, Bailey Moose; her devoted fiancé, Russ Moose Jr.; three stepchildren, Blake Moose (his wife Maria with daughter Avery), Austyn Moose and Riya Moose; and sister-in-law Lindsay Moose, along with many caring and loving aunts, uncles and cousins.

Kelly had a deep fondness for the outdoors and found her greatest joy in being surrounded by family. She had a smile that could light up a room.

Her spirit was gentle yet strong, and her love was unconditional. Kelly lived her life devoted to her family, always putting others before herself. Whether gathered around a campfire, sharing a laugh, or simply enjoying quiet moments with those she loved, Kelly created memories that will be cherished forever.

Though our hearts are broken, her memory will live on through every smile, every story, and every moment of love shared by those who were blessed to know her.

Kelly’s love, laughter, and light will remain in our hearts forever.

There will be a family gathering for a celebration of life to take place at a later date yet to be determined.
