Larry E. Eldridge

Larry Eldridge, age 80, of Grand Rapids passed away on Sunday, June 25, 2023 with his wife, Kathleen by his side. Larry Eldridge was born in Lake Odessa, Michigan, the son of LaVerne and Geraldine Eldridge.  He graduated from Lake Odessa High School class of 1960 and entered the US Navy. After his service to his country, he pursued his interests in aviation.  Managing the Ionia County Airport, teaching, and doing charter flights.  He had many corporate flying positions, the last being with Steelcase.  Larry had many interests which included golf, traveling in the motor home to the Southwest. Happy Hours with a cigar and bourbon with close friends.  Larry is survived by his wife, Kathleen, of 47 years, and their feathered friend, Izzy, along with Kathleen's family he was close to. Also surviving are his two sons, Lance (Christy) and Bret, Larry's brothers, Eddy (Mary Ann,) John (Sue), and sister Joan, grandsons Hunter, and Keegen, and granddaughter, Elizabeth.
