Richard Hubbard

Richard “Dick" Hubbard, age 87, of Grand Rapids, faithful servant, dad, grandfather, spouse, brother, engineer, volunteer, and friend to many, came to the end of his earthly life on September 4, 2023, but continues in God's loving care forever. 

He was preceded in death by his loving wife of 53 years, Elizabeth "Liz"; and is survived by his children, Eric (Susan) of Summit, NJ, Julie (Marc) of Chicago, IL, and Martha (Andrew) of Mt. Pleasant, MI; grandchildren, Peter, Kyle, Lydia, and Anna Clare; his brother and sister-in-law, Robert and June; his brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Edward and Roberta; and several nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, September 16, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. at Westminster Presbyterian Church, 47 Jefferson, SE. A visitation will precede the service from 12-2:00 p.m. on September 16 at the church. 

Memorial contributions can be made to the Westminster Presbyterian Church Memorial Trust Fund, Dégagé Ministries, or Blandford Nature Center, all in Grand Rapids, MI, and would be appreciated.
