Stephen Thomas Molloy, 77, of Grand Rapids, Michigan, passed away on January 10, 2026, after a battle with Parkinson’s.
He was born in Grand Rapids to Betty and Edwin Molloy. After graduating from East Grand Rapids High School, he attended Grand Rapids Junior College. Steve enjoyed watching football and golf on TV and traveling with Alice to cities along the East Coast. They spent their 25th wedding anniversary gazing at Lake Superior, but Lake Michigan was always his favorite.
Steve will always be remembered for his dry sense of humor, contagious laughter, and love for his family, friends, and his dogs.
The memorial service will be held at 2pm on Monday January 19th at the Metcalf & Jonkhoff Funeral Home with visitation one hour prior to the service. Memorials may be made to the Humane Society of West Michigan.
