Tamsen Sears Roach

Tamsen S. Roach, age 87, passed away Saturday, March 1, 2025. She is survived by her son, Stephen (Norine) Roach; grandson, Ryan Roach; and daughter, Kelley (Chris Stickline) Roach. Tamsen enjoyed spending summers in Grand Rapids and winters in Ft. Myers, FL. A world traveler, she visited many, many countries and places of interest, usually in her preferred method of travel, a cruise ship. She also enjoyed watching her grandson, Ryan, play sports and grow into an exceptional young man. Tamsen’s family would like to acknowledge their deep appreciation of her two caretakers, Anne and Julie. They are also appreciative of the staff at Cascade Senior Trails, as well as close family friends, the Adaways. Funeral services for Tamsen will be held Friday, March 7, 2025, 11:00 AM at the Metcalf & Jonkhoff Funeral Home, 4291 Cascade Rd. SE, Grand Rapids, MI 49546 where her family will receive friends on Thursday, March 6, 2025, from 4 to 6 PM. Interment at Cascade Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to the Bissell Pet Foundation.
