William A. Martis

William Arthur Martis, age 64, born on December 9,1959, passed away unexpectedly on July 25, 2024 in Grand Rapids, Michigan.  He was a beloved son, brother, uncle and friend.

William is survived by his parents, Donald and Joanne Martis; his brother, Donald “Buck” Martis (Deborah); his nephew Zach Martis (Ashley); as well as aunts, uncles and other loving relatives.

William has a passion for music and was an avid guitar player.  His gentle and kind nature touched the hearts of everyone who knew him.  He will be deeply missed by his family, friends and all who had the pleasure of knowing him.

A private memorial service will be scheduled at a later date.
