Dr. Wilson was a kind, caring and compassionate physician who cared for my daughter at the MSU diabetes clinic in the 90's. We had full confidence that she was getting the best of care while under his care. She always looked forward to going to see him, which was not the usual occurrence for a medical appointment. Even when he moved on to Spectrum in Grand Rapids, we would stop in or leave a note for him when we were in the neighborhood. We were deeply saddened to learn of his passing much too young and of the struggles he had to endure. He will be remembered as one of the BEST! My God Bless his family.

Dr Wilson will always be a beautiful person. I had the honor of getting to know him in 1989 at the MSU diabetes center . I was a scared 9 year old type one.. But when I spoke with Dr Wilson l always felt better. I was very homesick when I attended diabetes camp, but I was happy to see Dr. Wilson there too ! Thank you Dr Wilson for all the wonderful things you did ! Youre one in a million!! You will be dearly missed by all who knew you .

Bruce was truly one of the greatest men i've ever known. He was kind, compassionate, smart and had a great sense of humor. He truly cared for people and very much enjoyed their company. There will be many healthy kids in the state of michigan because Bruce stood up for those who didn't have a voice, and stood by the kids and young adults. He will be sorely missed, the world shone a little brighter when he was around and was better for having him. I know i wouldnt be where i am, or who i am had i not had known such a wonderful person, and i wouldnt trade our time together for anything in the world. My thoughts and prayers go out to his family, they are truly wonderful and caring people.
